Being on Migou means waking up to silence, bird sounds, and the whispering of trees. Outside you can feel the warmth of the sun, the smell of fresh grass and find the company of chickens, a cat and donkeys. Over 5 acres, to roam and ground. Nature shows us the usefulness of slowing down, telling us to let go of the constant urge to produce, grow and improve. Reflect, become still and listen. Here you experience how everything, the sun, the clouds, the sky, the trees and plants, the animals, insects, the smell and yourself are all connected.

Think morning meditations in the serene central room, in the tobacco shed or somewhere outside in the grass or under a tree. One-on-one coaching for those who appreciate it, physical labor in the form of working in the vegetable garden, or chopping wood. Sessions in a group at the large kitchen table, on the terrace, by the slowly flowing river or walking through the estate. You can cool off in the lovely swimming pool.
Le Pigeonnier is a 19th century pigeon tower that has been converted into a tasteful and practical 3-storey tower house. Upstairs on the second floor is the bedroom with shower and toilet, on the first floor the living room (with the possibility of an extra two sleeping places) and on the ground floor is the kitchen diner with another toilet. A lot of privacy and a beautiful view over the Tuscany of France.
